The following terms and conditions, along with all other terms and legal notices located on Shikavni, govern your use of Shikavni (the "App" and "Website"). If you do not understand and agree to be bound by all Terms, do not use this platform. Your use of Shikavni platform (Website or App) at anytime constitutes a binding agreement by you to abide by these Terms. Your use of the Shikavni services is at your own risk, including the risk that you might be exposed to content that is objectionable, or otherwise inappropriate.

Registration

On registration you agree to:

Make your contact details available to Shikavni partners, you may be contacted by Shikavni partners for education information through email, telephone, notifications and SMS.
Receive promotional mails/special offers from Shikavni or any of its partners.
Agree to ensure the correctness of the details of your organization as to best of your knowledge.

Disclaimer

In no event and under no circumstances and under no legal theory, tort, contract, or otherwise shall 'Shikavni' be liable, without limitation, for any damages whatsoever, including direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages, arising out of any access to or any use of or any inability to access or use the services or products including any material, information, links, and content accessed through Shikavni platforms or through any linked external website.

Shikavni shall not be responsible for any content, errors or omissions contained in the Shikavni platform (App and website), and reserves the right to make changes anytime without notice.

Products or services are provided for informational purposes only and constitutes neither an endorsement nor a recommendation by Shikavni.

Learners will not be allowed to book services of the services during the Lock-in period. Learners may or may not reach out to knowledge centre owners for booking a seat for any batch. Shikavni will clear the dues for a batch two day after the batch start date.

ALL PRICES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE. EVERY EFFORT HAS BEEN MADE TO ENSURE ACCURATE PRICING OF THE PRODUCTS/SERVICES FEATURED ON THE PLATFORMS. IN THE EVENT OF CHANGE, PLATFORM WILL BE UPDATED AS SOON AS IT IS DULY INFORMED.

YOU HAVE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY FOR USE OF THE PRODUCTS/SERVICES YOU PURCHASE THROUGH SHIKAVNI. IN NO EVENT SHALL Shikavni BE LIABLE TO YOU IN RELATION TO THE PRODUCTS/SERVICES, OR YOUR USE, MISUSE OR INABILITY TO USE THE PRODUCTS/SERVICES, FOR ANY (1) INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGE (INCLUDING LOSS OF BUSINESS, REVENUE, PROFITS, USE, DATA OR OTHER ECONOMIC ADVANTAGE); OR (2) DIRECT DAMAGES IN EXCESS OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID Shikavni FOR THE APPLICABLE PRODUCT/SERVICES.

Refund Policy

All sales are final. There is no refund policy for the knowledge centre owners for the services bought in Shikavni platform.

If customer paid twice for one transaction, the one transaction amount will be refunded via same source within 15 to 20 working days.

General

This platform could include unintended inaccuracies or typographical errors. Shikavni and the Third Party Providers may make improvements and/or changes in the products, services, programs, and prices described in this platform at any time without notice. Changes are periodically made to the platform to improve the user experience.

The material, information, links, and content presented on and by this platform is of a general nature only and is not intended to address the specific circumstances, requirements, or any other needs of any particular individual or entity. It cannot be guaranteed that the material, information, links, and content presented on and by this platform is comprehensive, complete, accurate, sufficient, timely, or up to date for any particular purpose or use. Shikavni will have people from all over India using this platform. So in order to ensure consistency in the interpretation and enforcement of these Terms, the platform, and your use of the platform will be governed in all respects by the laws of India.

When and to Whom Do We Disclose Your Personal Information?

The personal information we collect from and about you may be disclosed to third parties for the purposes described in this Privacy Notice:

to the subsidiaries and affiliates within the Shikavni, to third-parties that provide services to us, such as those that fulfill requests for personal information, answer calls, administer programs or projects, assist in research and development, deliver advertisements or other communications or host databases or servers,
to business partners who offer products or services jointly with Shikavni,
to permit a third-party business partner to deliver marketing communications or products that may be of interest to you, subject to any choices you have expressed,
to identify you to any person to whom you send messages through the Services,
to any person you direct us to contact, by you, on message boards, notifications, chat, profile pages, blogs, and other services to which you post personal information and materials. Because any personal information you post may become public, we urge you to be careful when deciding to disclose any personal information on or through the Services,

Use of Shikavni Platform (Website And / or App)

You represent, warrant and covenant that your use of the Shikavni platform shall not:

violate any applicable local, provincial, state, national or international law, statute, ordinance, rule or regulation;
interfere with or disrupt computer networks connected to the platform;
impersonate any other person or entity, or make any misrepresentation as to your employment by or affiliation with any other person or entity;
forge headers or in any manner manipulate identifiers in order to disguise the origin of any user information;
host, modify, upload, post, transmit, publish, or distribute any material or information for which you do not have all necessary rights and licenses;
host, modify, upload, post, transmit, publish or distribute any material which infringes, violates, breaches or otherwise contravenes the rights of any third party, including any copyright, trademark, patent, rights of privacy or publicity or any other proprietary right;
host, modify, upload, post, transmit, publish, or distribute any material or information which contains a computer virus, or other code, files or programs intending in any manner to disrupt or interfere with the functioning of the Platform, or that of other computer systems;
host, modify, upload, post, transmit, publish, or distribute any material or information that is grossly harmful, harassing, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, disparaging, relating to money laundering or unlawful, or which may potentially be perceived as being harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, libelous/blasphemous, vulgar, obscene, or racially, ethnically, or otherwise unlawful in any manner whatsoever;
host, modify, upload, post, transmit, publish or distribute any material or information which constitutes or encourages conduct that would constitute a criminal offence, give rise to other liability, or otherwise violate applicable law;
host, modify, upload, post, transmit, publish or distribute any information that deceives or misleads the addressee about the origin of such messages or communicates any information which is grossly offensive or menacing in nature;
interfere with or disrupt the use of the Platform solutions by any other user, nor "stalk", threaten, or in any manner harass another user; use the platform in such a manner as to gain unauthorized entry or access to the computer systems of others;
reproduce, copy, modify, sell, store, distribute or otherwise exploit for any commercial purposes the platform, or any component thereof (including, but not limited to any materials or information accessible through the platform);
use any device, software or routine to interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper working of the platform; or take any action that imposes an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on the platform infrastructure.

Use of the Shikavni Platform is at your own risk, and the Shikavni will not be held liable for any content errors or omissions contained in Shikavni platform or products. In no event, shall the Shikavni be liable for any special, indirect or consequential damages, or any damages whatsoever resulting from loss of use, data or profits whether contract, negligence or any sort action arising out of, or in connection with, the use or performance of the information available from Shikavni platform or products.
